But have you ever known somebody who was a smoker who didn’t know that they were smoking? They think, “What do you mean? If you’re smoking, you know you’re smoking.” Well, there are other ways that people are poisoning themselves that they don’t know about. It would be like a person who’s smoking without realizing they’re smoking. You may be doing these things yourself.
