One of the things that I’ve seen repeatedly over the last year is an incredible amount of research on a phytonutrient called sulforaphane. Sulforaphane, as it sounds, is based on sulfer. It has a sulfur element in the molecule, but the molecule – which is really interesting (it’s got real interesting geometry) – is synthesized by cruciferous vegetables.
