If Uber and other decentralized service systems are more efficient than centralized, government-controlled systems, why can’t we have an “uber” version of health care?

Why is our medical system structured on government monopolies and the criminalization of healing and natural medicine?

Podcast Transcript: “This is a message to all of the young people, or even young minded people, who are recognizing the benefits of decentralized peer-to-peer ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. What you are seeing is a more efficient way, and a more free way to organize rides in any given city, is to let the individuals do it – like a peer-to-peer system. Let freedom figure it out. Let there be competition among individual car owners and drivers, who want to, in essence, bid for or compete for that business in real time through the Uber and Lyft apps – and other similar apps and similar ride sharing companies. This is a very beneficial structure for society. So, why do some cities criminalize Uber? Why did Austin ban Uber? Why do other cities ban Uber? Why do some countries ban Uber or Lyft? The reason is because they want to control the transportation industry. They want to have domineering control over taxi cabs. They want to be able to tax them and regulate them in a certain way. They want to be able to criminalize people whom they can’t control… ‘What is it about governments today that makes them so insanely power hungry?’” Listen to the full podcast below:
